I've had a RAST sitting in the box waiting for a makeover, but I just can't decide what to do to it! I need to get on it... Great added storage for my tiny bathroom. Thanks for the inspo, Patti!

These are all neat ideas I recently got this awesome natural wood shelf for $25 at an antique shop. Couldn't believe the price and it has become my new bookshelf and craft storage cubby. Thought about painting it then decided to just change out the door knobs and couldn't believe what a difference that made. Was going to paint it and love these ideas too. But when I step back I see the character and remember the day we foundit so I've decided to sand and stain because I'm loving the natural wood.

Carole, I love finding things at antique and thrift stores. There's something about them (and the price usually) that makes them special. Your new bookshelf and craft cubby sound perfect. I'm always tempted to add extra to things but sometimes just a fresh stain is all that's needed.
