Weeknight Slow Cooker Meals for Busy People

Here's a list of weeknight slow cooker meals that anyone who is busy or just wants to spend a short time in the kitchen preparing dinner for the family.

Whether you are cooking for a family or an empty nester, the weekly chore of deciding what to make every night is real. I love to cook for friends and families, but coming up with dinner ideas every week is challenging.

One of the ways I deal with this issue is by making at least one slow cooker meal. They can be prepped in the morning and left to cook all day. Come super time there is very little left to do.

So today, I'm sharing a list of some of my favorite slow cooker recipes. They are all easy and can work for a weekday dinner or something you make on a Sunday while watching the game. Most of them make more than enough for dinner, but that's where leftovers come in, making life even easier.

I hope you give some of them a try. Just maybe you'll find one or more that you'll love and they can be a "go-to" helpful meal for your weeknight dinners.
